WideTrade is a worldwide closed trading platform designed only for professional traders and service providers.

The membership in WideTrade gives a quick and direct access to contractors and customers from Your country and the whole world.

3. Benefits and possibilities:

• You will gain new contractors and customers on the domestic as well as on the world market quickly and easily.
• You will buy, sell and establish cooperation quickly and easily.
• You will save Your time and money on advertisement on the internet or in other media.
• Your company and logo will become more recognizable thanks to the participation on the platform WideTrade.
• You will limit the production costs because You will get to the most beneficial bids of the product suppliers, semi-products, raw materials or services through the platform WideTrade.

4. How can I become a member of the platform WideTrade?

To become a member of the platform WideTrade You have to register by clicking on this link: Registration and next to follow the given instructions.
A message with a request for confirmation of registration will be sent to the given email address after filling in the suitable data. After the confirmation You will automatically become a member of the platform.

5. How to view bids?

There are two ways the bids can be viewed by the users:
• Through selecting of a suitable section in the main menu and next of a category we are interested in in the pannel 'Categories'.
• Through a browser, after the prior selecting of a suitable section over the browser.

6. How can I see the contact data of a bidder?

To see the contact data of a bidder You have to log in in prior.

7. How can I add a bid?

You can add a bid using the buttons 'Add a bid' which is located in the section of the main menu:
• 'Sell bids'
• 'Price reductions'
• 'Purchase bids'
• 'Services'
• 'Orders'
• 'Barter'
• 'Cooperation of companies'

8. How can I add a videobid?

To add a film (a videobid) to sell bids, services, orders or a barter You have to add in prior such a film on the service Youtube and next to copy a direct address of this film and to paste or to type in a suitable field of a form by adding the given bid.

9. How can I add a videopresentation of a company?

You can add a videopresentation of a company similar as a videobid, only in this purpose You have to enter 'My office → 'A website of a company'.

10. What is a Barter?

A Barter is a cashless exchange of goods or of a service for goods or a service between users.

11. What is a Showroom?

The Showroom is a place where the users of the portal present their products or services in The Trade E-catalogue as well as a business card of a company created automatically on the basis of the data given by the registration is added to the Showroom.

12. What is 'My office'?

My office is a pannel in which You can manage Your bids, data and tools which shares with You the platform WideTrade.

13. The verification – what is it for?

The verification of a company ie a voluntary sending of suitable documents confirming the factuality of the company by the user to the address verify@widetrade.eu.
After acceptance of the documents the administration adds the icon 'A verified company' to the profile of Your company.

It will mean that the administration of the platform confirms the factual data of Your company.

14. What does the verification give me?

Thanks to the verification You gain:
• superiority over the competitors
• greater reliability and confidence at the contractors
• You will repeatedly increase Your trade or service transactions
• a distinction on the platform WideTrade thanks to the icon 'A verified company'.

15. How to change the chosen bids in the Offersletter?

A change of a bid choice can be made in 'My office' under the section 'Offersletter'.

16. How can I add a comment or references to a user (company)?

You can add a comment or references together with a rating (positive, neutral or negative) to a user (a company) only and exclusively if You are a verified comapany in a profile of the given company.

The requirement of verification in this case is required to protect our users from dishonest competitors.

17. How can I start my website on the platform?

You can start Your website in the pannel 'My office' under the section 'The company website'.
