Availing the service WideTrade a user gives consent for his/her to personal data to be processed under the Data Protection Act of 29.8.1997 (Journal of Laws no. 133 item 883) and under the Act of 18.7.2002 on Rendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws no. 144 item 1204).

The main purpose of data collection is to ensure the effective operation of the platform WideTrade and care about the safety of users availing our services.

A company which want to create an account ensures that all given data are complete and true. The service reserves the right to require documents confirming the authenticity of the given data. In the case of a failure to confirm the given data in a timely manner the Administration of the service can remove or block such an account.

In the registration process the user is required to give his/her and business entity's personal data which are served to identify the company by the administration of the platform because WideTrade is a closed platform and its idea is to serve in the development and safety of the registered users.

Each registered user is eligible to review his/her data at any time, as well as to correct them and to demand to remove them from the Platform.

The user is obliged to update the data given in the registration form immediately after each change of these data.

In care about the safety of the registered users of the platform the administration of WideTrade does not share even non-confidential data with the unregistered. Contact data are visible to users only after the registration process.

The data base collected by the platform is stored on the server in the security zone, ensuring its proper protection. We take appropriate safety measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. These include internal reviews of the collected data, storage and processing practices as well as safety measures, including appropriate encryption algorithms.

WideTrade makes every effort to ensure all users of the platform the best possible safety in using its tools and services.
