Regulations of the platform WideTrade

1.1 A user availing the platform services is obliged to familiarize him/herself with the conditions specified in these regulations as well as to comply with rules and laws contained therein.
1.2   Availing the Platform by a Registered User as well as by an anonymous User means acceptance of the agreements of the present Regulations.
1.3   The WideTrade reserves the right to change the Regulations at any time and commits itself to notify immediately the registered users about the changes that have come into being.
   The changes of the regulations will apply from the time of inclusion on the websites of the Platform and notification of the users by e-mail.
1.4   The WideTrade reserves the right to make changes and modifications on the Platform, without the necessity of notifying the Users.
1.5   Only and exclusively an owner or a representative of a registered business entity can create an account on the Platform.
   A company who want to create an account ensures that all given data are full and true. The platform reserves the right to require documents confirming the authenticity of the given data. In the case of a failure to confirm the given data in a timely manner the Administration of the service can remove or block such an account for the safety reason of the Users.
1.6   Each User of the Platform having his/her account has assured the right to view, correct and remove his/her personal data collected during the registration.
   All data about the User are available in the pannel 'My office' after the prior logging in on the Platform.
1.7   The contact data of companies serve only and exclusively for establishing a contact with a User aimed at conducting a trade transaction for which the Service does not bear any liability.
1.8   The WideTrade reserves the right to apply restrictions in access to certain provided services for unregistered Users and paid options.
1.9   The Administration of the Platform as well as Users are obliged to comply with Polish law provisions and business ethics.

   - copy, reproduce of pictures, catalogues, files, data bases or other content published on the Platform sites aimed at further resale or distribution and also aimed at operating as a competitor of the Platform;
   - share or sale of access powers to an account on the Platform by the User to the third persons;
   - using the e-mail account or other resources of the Platform to send junk e-mails (spam), insulting, vulgar, racist, prejudical to religious feelings contents, threats etc.
   - using viruses, bots, worms or other computer codes, files or programmes acting to the detriment of the Platform, or its Users.
2.1   An account of the user availing from the above activity or programmes will be suspended or removed without notification and the User him/herself may be held criminally responsible.

3.1   The registration on the Platform is out of charge for all registered business entities.
3.2   The user who want to enjoy the full functionality of the Platform have to register and next to log in through creating his/her account by the means of the option 'Create an account' which's button is situated on the main site.
3.3   The registration can be performed only by a legal person representing a registered business entity.
3.4   During the registration You have to indicate correct and true data of a company as well as of its representing person because the Administration of the Platform verifies the above mentioned data.
In a case of incompatibility the Administration reserves the right to remove or block such an account without prior notification of a user.
3.5   A person representing a company registring on the Platform automatically agree to add the name of his/her company and its data to 'The catalogue of companies'.
3.6   Activities in the above mentioned points are conducted to ensure greater safety to the users availing WideTrade.

4.1   The user inserting bids or queries on the Platform obliges to:
   type in appropriate fields of a form information concerning a bid or a query;
   insert bids or queries only and exclusively in sections or categories corresponding with their theme;
   insert only true and reliable information on the topic of a bid or a query;
   remove or modify an already out-of-date bid or a query.
4.2   The user inserting bids is forbidden to:
   - type in inappropriate fields of a form information concerning a bid;
   - insert bids not corresponding in the theme with an appropriate section or a category;
   - insert many copies of one bid or query in the same section in a time not shorter than one week;
   - insert bids, queries written mainly in capital letters;
   - insert advertisement contents in answers to bids or queries not corresponding with the theme of a bid/a query.
4.3   Bids/Queries upon the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Platform sites.
Before the expiry date the user can refresh such a bid/a query in his/her section 'My office'.
4.4   The user inserting a bid/a query on the Platform automatically agree to insert its content and contact data on other websites cooperating with the Platform and in e-cataloguestTrade (catalogues) or other mass media.

5.1   Adding of photographs is out of charge.
5.2   To each bid can be added only photos only and exclusively corresponding with its content.
5.3   An added photo can be in a format: JPG, PNG or GIF which will be ultimately saved as a file JPG.
5.4   The size of a sended photo can not exceed 250 kB.

6.1   Adding a videopresentation of a bid or a company is out of charge.
6.2   Adding a videopresentation bases on filling in appropriate fields with direct links to films inserted in the service 'Youtube.com'.

7.1   Adding of e-Catalogues is out of charge.
7.2   To add an e-Catalogue of products You have to verify in prior Your company in the section 'My office'.
7.3   This responsibility comes from intensified activities connected with the safety of the Platform users.
7.4   An e-Catalogue have to be saved in a PDF file.
7.5   E-Catalogues have to be added by a section according to its bids.
7.6   A content of an e-Catalogue (bids included therein) can not be mixed between sections.
7.7   E-Catalogues with bids mixed between sections will be removed without notification of a User.

8.1   A User in connection with acceptance of the present regulations agrees for:
   - processing of Personal Data by the Platform, given to in the
registration form in order to provide properly the Services
specified in the Regulations as well as for operational and
statistic purposes connecting with the conduct of the Platform;
   - publication of personal data or (public) materials inserted to multiply displaying publicly on the Platform sites
   - publication of bids and materials inserted on the Platform sites on all cooperating portals and on the internet in frames of advertisement and promoting the name and the logo of a User;
   - receiving 'Newsletter' with news from the Platform;
   - receiving notifications about received replies for inserted bids;
   - receiving notifications about an ending period of displaying a bid;
   - receiving special offers and advertisement offers connected with the section of the User.
8.2   The User has a right to:
   - free using of information inserted on the Platform sites according to its Regulations and applicable law;
   - verification and change of his/her data;
   - change the content of his/her bids or a query;
   - change options of receiving bids/queries;
   - turn off the option 'Newsletter';
   - turn off the option 'Offersletter';
   - turn off the option 'Section advertisements' coming to the e-mail;
   - remove his/her account and data
   - remove a company from 'The Company Catalogue';
   - refresh or remove a bid/a query before the expiry date.
8.3   The user is responsible for each piece of information inserted on the Platform sites.

9.1   The WideTrade Administration has a right to:
   - verify the contents inserted by Users;
   - verify the data indicated by Users;
9.2   The WideTrade Administration obligues to:
   - make every effort to ensure that service works properly;
   - promote and advertise the Platform and their Users;
   - improve and introduce innovative options of business tools;
   - comply with rules and law included in the present regulations.
9.3   The Administration of the Platform can offer the Registered Users additional paid services.
9.4   The Platform reserves the right to denial of providing paid or free services for a given User without stating a reason.
9.5   The Administration is not responsible for any disturbance or interruption of its Platform caused by force majeure or an illegal interference of third parties, even if they cause loss of users' data.

10.1 The Platform is not responsible for:
   - transactions concluded between Users;
   - effects resulting from transactions or cooperation arisen between Users;
   - the factuality of bids or queries inserted by Users as well as their contents;
   - effects of using the Platform;
   - a way of using data provided by Users;
   - information or materials downloaded by the Users from other internet sources.
10.2 The Users concluding a transaction thanks to data inserted on the Platform declare that they are fully aware that:
   - they accept a risk connected with transactions;
   - they may be exposed to the problems arising from cooperation with unfair
contractors.
10.3 WideTrade does not charge any commission on transactions concluded
between Users.
10.4 The Administration of the service will make every effort to verify and to
remove unfair Users from the sites of the Platform as well as it will
provide a number of tools for the verification of future
contractors.

11.1 Complaints related to services and functionality of the Platform should be sent via email to the address: reklamacje@widetrade.pl.
11.2 A reply for a complaint will be provided in the fastest time
as soon as possible but no longer as up to 14 days from the date of
receiving a notification, in an electronical way or in writing.

12.1 In a case of disputes the parties will seek an arbitral solution to them.
12.2 In a case of necessity of a court decision a proper
body will be the court in line for the headquarter of the WideTrade.
